We strive to provide professional development, training, support, and tools for the effective and sustainable implementation of evidence-based practices and programs by bridging the practice-to-research and research-to-practice gap.

It was November 2006 and several of us were attending another professional development conference for our national organization.  The conference was meaningful and fruitful and was well-planned with strong content.  However, it seemed that something was missing and that something was answered by the question...

The Midwest Instructional Leadership Council is committed to improving the education of ALL children by promoting data-based practices in a unified system using evidence-based resources through a collaborative network. Mission The mission of the Midwest Instructional Leadership Council is to build and expand capacity for professionals to effectively instruct students with diverse learning needs.
