It was November 2006 and several of us were attending another professional development conference for our national organization.  The conference was meaningful and fruitful and was well-planned with strong content.  However, it seemed that something was missing and that something was answered by the question...

Mission The mission of the Midwest Instructional Leadership Council is to build and expand capacity for professionals to effectively instruct students with diverse learning needs.
